Excellent narrative of the events revealed by the Climategate emails. You will find this both accessible and informative, Aubrey.

This might even help the specialpeople to get a handle on the “proxies” matter. No mention here about the a “modern artefact” conveniently explaining away the departure of the proxies from the instrumental record - just one big, buzzing, blooming confusion over the fact that the data does not support the interpretation being placed upon it and trying to retain a united front in the face of mounting well-founded criticism.

P.S. Has anyone any theory about why so much of the effective debunking of the IPCC "science" has come out of Canada? Must be the bracing proximity to arctic breezes.
